Attorney Floro is an active member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and American bar associations, as well as the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He is a member of the board of governors for the western Pennsylvania trial lawyers association. 

He is a Phi Delta Phi, and was the recipient of the Allegheny County Bar Association Environmental Law Section Environmental Law Award in 2000. He was the senior editor of Juris in 1999.

Public Service

Gianni Floro has been serving as a School Board Director in the Quaker Valley School District since 2001.

He also served as a Director of the Sewickley Public Library from 2009-2017.

He was a Director of the Allegheny Intermediate Unit (IU 3) from 2003 to 2006.

Attorney Floro became a Fellow of the Education Policy and Leadership Center in 2005.

He is also a member of several fraternal and charitable organizations within his community.

He is the chairman of the community engagement and intermittent governmental affairs.
